ARE YOUR ITEMS AUTHENTIC?
Yes. Every Maison Restoré item is carefully inspected and authenticated in-house before sale. Our process examines materials, stitching, hardware, serial numbers and brand markings against verified standards. We are independent experts and not affiliated with any luxury brand.
ARE YOUR ITEMS NEW OR USED?
Most items are pre-owned or vintage pieces that have been professionally cleaned, restored and reconditioned by our team. Each product page clearly states its condition and includes detailed photos.
WHAT DOES “RESTORED” MEAN?
Restoration may include gentle cleaning, colour touch-ups, re-edging, or hardware polishing to revive appearance and longevity — always while preserving the item’s original character.
DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
Yes — we offer free returns within the UK for 30 days after delivery.
Simply email support@maisonrestore.com to receive a prepaid label or fill in our Return request form here. Returned items must be in the same condition as initially delivered.
How long is delivery?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
International shipping may be added in future once we expand our logistics network. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered via tracked, signed-for UK shipping (typically 2–4 days).
