We currently ship only within the UK.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Deliveries are made via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days from dispatch.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are unable to redirect parcels once shipped.

FREE UK RETURNS

We offer free returns on all eligible UK orders within 30 days of delivery.
If you change your mind, simply contact of support@maisonrestore.com to request a prepaid return label, or you complete a return request here.

30 DAYS TO RETURN

We want you to be completely confident in your purchase.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, packaging, and any included accessories.

Pre-owned and restored items may show minor signs of age consistent with their description; these do not constitute faults

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email support@maisonrestore.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number - we’ll resolve it immediately.
