6) Returns & Cancellations (Consumers)

6.2 Return condition. Items must be returned in the same condition supplied, with tags/accessories, and secure packaging. Use a tracked, insured service. You are responsible for return shipping unless we are at fault.

6.4 Refunds. On valid returns we refund the product price (and standard delivery where required by law) to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or valid proof of return.
6.5 Exchanges. Where offered, exchanges are subject to availability.
6.6 Faulty items. Your statutory rights are not affected. Contact us promptly with evidence; we may repair, replace or refund.

  • Verdict & Explanation: the outcome plus a written explanation outlining key observations.

7.2 Client materials. You must provide accurate information and clear photos/files. Poor quality or missing information may delay or result in an Inconclusive outcome.
7.3 Nature of service. Authentication is a professional opinion based on available evidence at the time. We are independent and are not affiliated with any brand. Different experts may reasonably disagree.
7.4 Deliverables & timing. We aim to deliver within stated timeframes but these are estimates.
7.5 Outcomes. In rare cases we may issue Inconclusive (insufficient/contradictory evidence). Where no verdict can be given despite reasonable efforts, we may offer (at our discretion) a partial refund or a free re-review if you supply better evidence.
7.6 Use of reports. Our reports/verdicts are for your personal use and may be shown to prospective buyers/platforms; however, we do not guarantee acceptance by any marketplace, insurer or brand.

8.2 Client warranties. You warrant you own the item or have authority to instruct repair.
8.3 Timeframes. Target dates are estimates. Sourcing parts/finishes can extend timelines.
8.4 Results. Restoration aims to improve appearance/function; exact colour matches or factory finishes cannot be guaranteed, especially on aged or altered materials.
8.5 Unclaimed items. If you do not pay or collect/approve return shipment within 90 days of notification, we may charge storage fees and ultimately dispose of the item to recover reasonable costs (after reasonable notice).
